We are proud to share our latest commercial solar panel installation for Estilo Interiors Ltd. A logistically complex 132Kw system on the Scotscroft Building at Towers Business Park Didsbury, this was the old John Lewis building Near Manchester Airport being refurbished into modern office spaces.
This project required us to provide our own Telehandler to offload deliveries of materials. Also a contract crane hire to lift equipment to the roof space of this 8 storey building, being near to Manchester Airport we had to obtain a lift permit from the Airport to allow this.
Utilising only the best equipment we have installed the following
JA Solar Deep Blue 4.0 Bi-facial solar panels (30 year performance warranty)
Esdec Flat Fix-fusion East/West fixing system (including full ballast design)
Solar Edge S-1000 commercial optimisers (to optimise performance & provide panel level isolation)
Solar Edge SE 100K Synergy Manager Inverters (Built in arc-fault protection & module level monitoring)
For this project we have carried out the following
Full Design including on-site installation drawings
Operations/Logistics management (Materials Deliveries, Telehandler, Crane Lift)
DNO Application on behalf of the client
On site installation Project Management
Health & Safety Management (Including production of Risk Assessments & Method Statements with External H&S site visits)
Testing & Commissioning (Full package of Cerification and Operation & Maintenance Manuals)
